I created this powerful blend of blue lotus, rose petals, Mexican dream herb, chamomile, and peppermint for spiritualists who enjoy working in the dream world.

It is a strong blend so start with a low dose to feel how you react to it.

✨ Ritual tip
Brew your tea with intention. As the water flows over the herbs, gently whisper your intention into the cup. Inhale the aroma, feel the herbs filling your space, and enjoy each sip as a sacred moment. Perfect for a sleep ritual. Drink this about 30 minutes before you plan to go to sleep.

Pre disclaimer & how do you make this tea?
This tea might take some getting used to, especially the flavor of the Mexican dream herb (which can be a bit bitter). Although I've formulated the tea to minimize this flavor, I wanted to make you aware of this. To mask this flavor, you can add a little honey to the tea to soften the taste.

Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea to get a feel for the effects. If it's too strong, reduce the amount. Experiment a bit to find the perfect dose for your different rituals.
