RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you've received a product you're not satisfied with, you must contact us within 14 days at info@soliaracodes.nl. Always wait to return the items until you've received a response from us. (Promotional items, courses, and customized services cannot be returned.)
Items such as intention oils cannot be returned,

Custom made items and online products cannot be returned.
This also applies to custom coded crystals.

If you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us at Info@soliaracodes.nl with details of the product and the damage within 14 days of receipt.
Purchase receipt. All returns must be sent to Soliara Codes. You will receive all the information regarding returning your product via the Return Form .
Please note: Shipping costs and shipping risk for returns are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of returned items with insufficient postage will be deducted from the return amount.

The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the items have been received in good condition.

All shipping is via PostNL and comes with a unique tracking number and
Email notification when your item has shipped. All orders are packaged and shipped in the order they are received. All orders are hand-packed with love and care, with the highest intentions and vibes.

Delivery time

I aim to dispatch ordered items within 4 working days of receipt of payment,
