RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have the right of withdrawal, which means that you can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item will be returned to Soliara Codes in the original + packaging ''if possible''.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following: items purchased at a discount, intention oils, herbs, tea and Services & (personal) Coded crystals.
We will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the items are received in good condition. We will always keep in touch with you if you have any comments.
Please note that items you return are your responsibility.
