Can I have my order wrapped as a gift?

All our packages are beautifully wrapped and can be given as a gift. Apart from this, we do not provide an additional packing service.

Can I reserve a Crystal or other product?

Unfortunately you cannot reserve a Crystal or other product.

How can I get my Kristal Custom Coded?

This can be done by requesting a Costum Coding via this form , also check this page for more information about Costum Coding of your Crystal(s)

I am looking for a special crystal, can you help me?

Hell yeah, we can always see if we can get a special crystal! Please contact us via the Contact form

Can I also have jewelry custom coded or made?

Yes, that is certainly possible, please contact us via the Contact form

My package is lost/package was not delivered/my package has been returned to you.


First check whether your package has not been delivered to your neighbours or, for example,
in the paper bin if you have one. It is also often the case that
package will be delivered within a few working days.
