If you ask me what I've been doing these past few weeks my answer is: Breaking Barriers
I have been able to break a lot of patterns and grow a lot because of that.
In this blog I'll be open and honest about my experience and share with you exactly what I did.

Consciousness (aka the most underrated badass move 🔥)
I swear by awareness as my most basic practice.
And that might sound basic AF, but guys, it's 2025. Let's please get back to the basics in spirituality. Because it's starting to get ridiculous with all the information and BS in these spiritual streets.
(But that's tea for another time.)
Returning to my basic AF awareness practice:
I know that when you get to know yourself better every day, and are aware of your patterns, reactions, and thoughts that strengthen and weaken you, you regain control over your frequency . Period.
That's a practice I recommend to everyone.
Because when you are aware of the fact that you have trust issues towards yourself, for example, it is easier to quickly recognize reactions, thoughts and feelings.
And based on this, you can make the right choices for yourself.
Storytime: When it all becomes too much for me, I'm done with everything
This is a pattern of mine and hey, I'm being vulnerable here, okay? 😂
But seriously, this pattern has:
- Made myself super aware of how I react
- Made me have low self esteem
- Stopped me from following my intuition and growing
And now that I recognized this, wanted to acknowledge it, and really wanted to do something about it, this happened:
It was summer vacation.
I wanted to clean the house, do a nice smoke cleanse, a face mask with the kids and in the meantime just do the housework and work on the Spiritual Apothecary in the shop.
But… I had slightly misjudged the time.
Or actually: I had added extra shit to my planning (as I often do), totally intuitively though, so I just followed that.
And then my head started to rattle:
"Oh Dammi, you still have to do the laundry and the mopping, those chair covers need washing, there's cooking to be done, and you also have to fumigate the house. You really don't have much time for this!"

📌 Reality check: I did have time.
But this is how my old frequency then tries to keep old patterns alive.
And then I have two choices:
- I go along with it and give my old pattern the power → frequency shift back to old self
- I process my thoughts & emotions while staying in control → and move forward aligned
That sounds easy, right? And it 's gotten easier for me too.
But: the step to processing is sometimes a big leap , especially if you're used to inner drama.
Because let's be honest: sometimes you just want to be angry or irritated, and that feels good.
That's exactly why this is a daily practice .
How I Made This Shift (and What It Gave Me⭐️)
So I chose option 2.
And girl, I was angry . But when I realized it, I went:
- Sitting quietly on the couch
- Turn on the music
- Window open → the wind that blew my curtains back and forth (pure peace)
I started observing my thoughts, and feeling the emotions without getting involved in them.
I didn't become the emotion, but I felt it .
Once everything had passed through me a bit, I felt calm again and just started doing what I had planned: smoking out my house, relaxed and in flow.
🌸Let's talk patterns & self-trust
This pattern shows itself in different situations, but it is always linked to being overwhelmed .
What reinforces that feeling is the fact that I used to let myself down whenever things got tough.
And that made me:
- Didn't keep appointments with myself
- So I unconsciously started to distrust myself
- Less action taken → less growth → less self-confidence
So now do you understand why you grow so much when you take back control of your frequency?
That's exactly what I did.
And every time I do that, I strengthen my self-confidence and my inner peace .

- Self-confidence = confidence in yourself. Keep your promises and watch your confidence grow.
- Consciousness is a daily practice. Ultimately, it becomes your state of being.
- Learn your patterns. You have nothing to lose, only to gain. Get your life.
- Process your thoughts and emotions. Observe and feel, but don't become them.
- Being overwhelmed = okay , as long as you can bring yourself back into alignment.

You guys I can't say this enough:
Spirituality is simpler than you think.
You don't need to do 80,000 healings or complicated rituals to make a quantum leap.

- Conscience
- Basic spiritual science
- Collaboration with Source / God / the Universe
- Trust in your own inner strength
The more you understand how this works, the stronger you become.
And the easier it becomes to own your frequency like a badass .
And to embody and see your most beautiful reality unfold.
